Leadership and Key Management Traps provides an overview of the leadership styles of each Manager and works through the 12 most common traps Managers fall into.

The program commences with the different styles of leadership and provides each participant the ability to evaluate their leadership style. The program then works through the 12 most common pitfalls managers find themselves in when leading their teams and discusses techniques to reverse the behaviour and avoid returning to it in the future.
