The Social, Community, Home care and Disability Services Industry (SCHADS) Award has been significantly altered by the Fair Work Commission in line with the 4 year review, effective 1 July 2022. Join this session to ensure that you fully understand the award and these changes that may have a significant impact on your organisation. Understanding your requirements to pay your staff correctly is essential and this session will take you through the award, the changes, allowances, classifications and answer your questions regarding interpretation.
