Michelle Caglar

Michelle has a Certificate IV in Accounting and a Certificate IV in Small Business Management and has completed several small courses in MYOB and QuickBooks. She has extensive on-the-job training and education, of which she is passionate about, in Xero and MYOB, Internal Auditing, and Document Control. 

Having previously worked as the Practice Coordinator of a specialised anatomical pathology laboratory in Southport with over 25 staff, Michelle has 15 years' experience in starting up and overseeing a medium sized business incorporating all components of bookkeeping and management of the business, taxation, superannuation,  HR management, internal auditing, preparing for and overseeing external NATA audits, preparation and document control of policies and procedures, and office and staff management.

Prior to that, Michelle worked for an Accountant for several years in administration and consulting and also as an Administration Manager for a building company for several years.

Michelle also has a strong interest in Psychology and has completed a short course at the Gold Coast Institute of Tafe. In her free time, she loves reading, learning and travel. In a nutshell, Michelle is a people person who loves interacting with people.
