Seminar Overview
Additional Services program aims to discuss the essentials of implementing or enhancing additional service offerings. Additional Services provide to the resident additional experiences that cater to individual preferences while giving providers a revenue source for services not required to be provided under the Aged Care Act. Additional services are care and services that aged care providers can make available to consumers above those that they are legislatively required to provide under the Schedule of Specified Care and Services for residential care providers. Additional services vary greatly and can be offered individually or as part of a bundle of services. These services attract an additional fee for consumers.
